    The yakitori skewers, made with Daisen chicken from Tottori Prefecture, are hand-sliced and skewered by the owner every morning, so each and every one is fresh.After ordering, the skewers are chilled to maintain their freshness until they are grilled, but by grilling them over charcoal all at once, they become juicy and full of meat juices! All of the skewers are recommended, but the liver and maru-hatsu are the shop's signature items, so we recommend trying them!
