The yakitori skewers, made with Daisen chicken from Tottori Prefecture, are hand-sliced and skewered by the owner every morning, so each and every one is fresh.After ordering, the skewers are chilled to maintain their freshness until they are grilled, but by grilling them over charcoal all at once, they become juicy and full of meat juices! All of the skewers are recommended, but the liver and maru-hatsu are the shop's signature items, so we recommend trying them!

We purchase fresh vegetables directly from the market, and are proud of their freshness and large size.Before grilling, the vegetables are lightly deep-fried and then grilled over charcoal, bringing out the maximum sweetness of the vegetables.The seasonings are made to bring out the natural flavor of each vegetable.We also offer a variety of toppings, so please find your favorite one!

The stewed offal, which has had the same flavor since the restaurant first opened, is slowly simmered every day.The flavor is made by blending two types of miso, so although it is simple, it has a rich and deep flavor.The vegetables and pork offal are cut into large pieces, giving them a chewy texture and allowing you to enjoy the flavor of each ingredient.

Tongue and skirt steak are cooked whole at low temperature while they are still fresh, taking time to cook them thoroughly through.By slowly cooking it, it retains its firm texture but becomes softer the more you chew it.And since we cook the whole thing, we slice it into generous large chunks.The tongue sashimi is simply seasoned with salt and wasabi, and the skirt steak yukke is mixed with homemade yukke sauce and egg yolk.
